Qualified experienced teachers London City Institute only employs qualified teachers holding internationally recognised and accredited certificates (for example the DELTA, CELTA or Trinity Cert. TESOL). In addition our teachers also have a minimum of 4 years experience teaching business English in-company. We will send you a copy of our teachers’ C.V. and certificate before you start the course so that you can check their qualifications.

With other training methods, many participants learn about English grammar but are unable to use the language correctly or effectively. Most courses also include two exams which are based on an international exam designed to test people’s business English Language ability.
